If you believe that any content on our website (including images, videos, text, or other materials) violates your copyright, we want to hear from you so we can address it promptly. Below is a clear outline of how we handle these situations under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

  • Notify the individual who posted the material about the takedown

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe the content we removed or disabled access to does not violate any copyright or you have the right to use it, you may send us a counter-notice. Your counter-notice should include the following:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A description of the material and its location before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
